Mark and Mary Hanna 2020 Grand Marshals
Mark and Mary Hanna are the 2020 Grand Marshalls of the Sunfield Farmers Picnic. Mark is a lifelong resident of Sunfield, born to Maude and Herald Hanna, and Mary, a 47 year resident, born to James and Betty Herald in Ionia Michigan. They married in 1973 and were blessed with two sons and five grandchildren, Hayes and his children Abraham, Finn and Addy, and Mike and his sons Payne and Tye.
Mark is a member of the Sunfield Sponsors of Programs for Youth and has worked on many projects through the years. He also coached and volunteered for the youth baseball and football programs in the 70’s, 80’s and 90’s, and is member of the Mason’s Lodge #412.
In his early years, Mark worked in the family business at Hanna Meat Packers and then went on to work on the sales of Health and Safety personal protective equipment and to this day, with Mary’s help, in the sale of abrasives and grinding equipment. Mary also worked for a time in the family business and went on to work for what was then Lowell Engineering and from there Quality Assurance, helping companies certify to business standards.
Like his father before him, Mark and Mary, along with family, friends and community members have devoted many years to the Sunfield Farmers Picnic ox roast and hope to see you at the Picnic this year. They are proud to have been selected as the 2020 Sunfield Farmers Picnic Grand Marshalls.
They truly are loyal Sunfield area residents and Sunfield Farmers Picnic Board is proud to announce them as Grand Marshal’s of the 2020 Sunfield Farmers Picnic.

Junior Golf Clinics Bing Offered At Centennial Acres
These clinics are great for the beginning Junior Golfer of all ages. The two hours per clinic gives ample time to introduce golf to your Junior. We teach to the potential of the Junior. Look at these clinics as scheduled practice with instruction.
The cost is just $20 per session. Each session is limited to about ten kids. Includes range, instruction, and fun! Hope to see your Junior at every clinic if possible.
Clinic #1: Tuesday, July 14th from 10 AM until Noon
Clinic #2: Thursday, July 23rd from 6 PM until 8 PM
Clinic #3: Thursday, August 6th from 6 PM until 8 PM
Clinic #4: Tuesday, August 11th from 10 AM until Noon
Clinic #5: Thursday, August 20th from 6 PM until 8 PM
