Anyone Looking For A Part-Time Job?
Mapes Furniture, “the BIG store in the little town of Sunfield”, is looking for some help in their warehouse. The work is just four days a week---approximately 30 hours total. There is a Memorial planned to celebrate the life of a great lady, “Dancing Della” Meade. It will be held this coming Saturday, July 10th in the Woodland Park. Food and drinks will be provided from 3pm-7pm---and then games in the park until dark. Let's fill the park with music and laughter. We all know Della would love that.
Adopt-A-Highway Trash Pick-Up
Coming Up
The next Adopt-A-Highway trash pick-up of the season will take place on Saturday, July 17th. Anyone that would like to lend a hand is more than welcome to come out and help. It will take only about a half-hour of your time with a good turn-out, and makes a real difference.
We will meet at 9 AM in the Best Tax Service parking lot just West of the Sunfield blinker light. If you need more information please call our project chairman Derek Desgranges at 269-838-7686.
Derek says if for any reason you can’t make it on Saturday, but would still like to help out by doing some picking up on a different day this week, just give him a call and get some bags and he will give you a small section to take care o
2021 Junior Golf At Centennial Acres Upcoming Clinics
These clinics are great for the beginning Junior Golfer of all ages. 2 hours per clinic gives ample time to introduce golf to your Junior. We teach to the potential of the junior. Look at these clinics as scheduled practice with instruction. Hope to see your junior at EVERY clinic if possible. Here are the remaining clinics for this year:
Clinic #2: Tuesday, July 13th from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.
Clinic #3: Tuesday, July 27th from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m.
Clinic #4: Tuesday, August 10th. from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.
Clinic #5: Tuesday, August 17th from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m.
Cost: $20.00 per clinic Includes: Range, Instruction & Fun.
Clubs provided upon request.
