Do you have any of those hard-to-dispose-of items you would like to recycle? Eaton County’s Resource Recovery Department will be hosting three recycling events this year! Below is a list of the events, which link directly with our online registration system. Just click on the event you are interested in and sign up online – it is as easy as that!

Information for the events this year.
1) Electronics: We are strongly suggesting a $10 per item donation for both TVs and monitors again this year.
2) Tires: We have a received the tire grant for the recycling events in Charlotte. There will be no fee for tires. Remember, there is a limit of only 10 tires per vehicle – if you have more than that, you will need to contact the Resource Recovery – Recycling department.

3) Paint: The rules for paint are the same this year 10 1-gallon cans per vehicle for free. Anything over 10 will have a $1 charge per can.
